I would not be doing my duty as impresario of this Tumblr were I not to remind you all of the long-rumored Groundhog Day musical that Stephen Sondheim is unlikely to write despite Harold Ramis and James Lapine both expressing interest.
Which is a shame only because I’m from Punxsutawney. In fact, this morning I finally managed to make it there with some friends from my university! Six more weeks of winter… but, if this is the winter we have to put up with, I’m all for it! Thanks to the weather, it was a HUGE weekday crowd… some 18,000 where at the Knob this morning. Good times… good times.
